Health Fund Rebates

As I am a Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) registered counsellor, some health funds may provide limited rebates for counselling services if you have appropriate cover. At present, Medibank Private, ahm, BUPA, Doctors Health Fund and Australian Regional Health Group funds such as Police and Emergency Services Health Funds provide rebates for counselling under certain plans. As PACFA negotiates with other funds, coverage will expand. Please check with your health fund to determine eligibility.

Please note: my services are not covered by mental health plans and consultations are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a full fee for that session will be charged. Messages may be left at any time on my voicemail: (07) 3871 0323.
